Stony Hill Estate 2018 Pinot Noir

This vintage saw mild and even ripening conditions. Stony Hill 2018 Pinot Noir is all about elegance and balance. The nose is a steadily integrating mix of red cherries, strawberries and charcuterie. The tannins are soft and silky, and the elevated acidity leads to a long and clean finish. This wine will age slowly and very well. It will also benefit from being decanted an hour before serving.

MV6 Pinot and some Pinot 115 grapes. Handpicked, single vineyard, late harvest, cool-climate - 13.% ALC. 7.7 standard drinks. 1428 bottles produced.
