Refund policy

Manna Gum Vineyard will deliver a quality product to you, however, we take no responsibility if the wine is not to your taste and will not refund in that circumstance. If goods are somehow damaged in transit we will arrange collection of damaged goods and replace them at our cost provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery and send us a photo of the damage. If for some reason replacement goods are not available, we will notify you within two working days and, where possible, offer you an alternative vintage or product. If you do not wish to purchase this alternative we will refund your payment.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

You must not order or purchase goods from us if you are aged under 18.

Sending your wine

Customers should note standard delivery is generally 5-7 business days but this may vary during busy times. The Liquor Liquor Licensing Commission requires us to report non- delivered wine so please advise us if delivery has not occurred within this period . This sometimes occurs during peak periods such as Christmas and Public holidays.

It is important that customers provide accurate delivery details e.g John Smith , Unit 1 , 15 Smith Street , Melbourne 3000   OR   attention John Smith at receptionXYZ Pty Ltd.,   L20 reception ,  20 Smith Street , Melbourne 3000 (not ground floor reception in multi story buildings please) . If your order is returned to us as a result of incorrect delivery details supplied at time of order you will be liable for the resend fees.

As we are a small vineyard deliveries are restricted to Melbourne and Sydney metropolitan areas . If you are outside these areas please contact us directly.

 

Authority to leave

In the shopping cart you can nominate in ‘special delivery instructions’ a safe drop location to leave your package if you're not at the delivery address. Please be mindful that by nominating a delivery address you are accepting full responsibility for the safety of your package and Manna Gum Vineyard is not liable for missing or damaged items.

 

Heat Policy

Our wine is sensitive to the heat particularly during summer months and we strive to deliver the product to you in the best possible condition. During these times we reserve the right to hold orders in instances of extreme heat. All orders are packed and stored safely in temperature controlled conditions before being safely dispatched to you.
